For your daughter, you’ll need to buy two Biocare products to provide vitamins and trace minerals. Vitasorb costs £8 for 30ml and is also suitable for adults who don’t like swallowing vitamin pills. Give your daughter 15 drops, twice a day either with food or in fruit juice. Nutrisorb will provide a safe dose of the trace minerals selenium, manganese, chromium, molybdenum and boron.
