Insomnia due to stress
I am very worried about my husband who recently lost his job. He is having terrible trouble sleeping, which must be a result of an over-active mind and increasing stress. My sister-in-law has taken Kava Kava, which helped her through similar circumstances. Would the same herb help us?
The Medicines Control Agency (MCA) has asked UK retailers to voluntarily withdraw Kava Kava products from their shelves following a small number of reports of liver and kidney toxicity among users in Germany and Switzerland.
