OK, so you believe fast foods are unhealthy and make you fat; but all the same you are dying to eat those delicious burgers. Don’t worry, everything that comes out of a fast food joint is not anathema.

Here are a list of five fast foods you can still enjoy, and not worry about your weight or your health.

1. A chicken burger without the sauce, mayonnaise and cheese (that knocks off about 200 calories from your burger)

2. McGrill sandwich without mayonnaise (adds on just 300 calories)

3. California Cobb Salad with Grilled Chicken - before the dressing (adds on just 260 calories)

4. Caesar Salad with Grilled Chicken before dressing (adds on just 200 calories)

5. Subway’s 6-inch Veggie Delite sandwich (adds on just 230 calories)

Beverages I Can Drink
If you can stick to plain water with your food, nothing like it. But if you can’t - you still have options, other than the sinful black fizz. Take tea or coffee or else go for that diet drink.

If you are dying for a milkshake – take a simple vanilla shake and avoid the triple shakes. You may think – what the hell – if I AM taking a shake – why not make it a triple. Just some statistics to win you over to plain vanilla shake.
